Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of tollywoodtunes.com and its subdomains (collectively, the "Service"), which are owned and operated by Tekcaliber ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. User accounts

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

  • Disable, interfere with, or circumvent any security feature of the Service.
  • Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or other malicious content.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Engage in conduct that is harassing, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Editorial content and embeds

The Service includes news, reviews, articles, devotional content, audio files, and embedded videos. We do not claim ownership of third-party material referenced on the Service. Where we embed videos from YouTube, Vimeo, or Dailymotion, the rights remain with the original uploaders, and you are subject to the embedding platform's own terms of use when watching them.

Audio content on the Service is provided primarily for cultural and educational reference. If you are a rights-holder and believe content on the Service infringes your rights, please email info@tekcaliber.com with details (URL, the work in question, your contact information, and your relationship to the rights-holder), and we will review and act on legitimate notices promptly.

5. User-submitted content

If you submit feedback, ad reports, or any other content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, reproduce, and act on that submission for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You represent that any content you submit does not violate any law or third-party right.

6. Intellectual property

The TollywoodTunes name, logo, design, and editorial articles are the property of Tekcaliber. You may not use them without our prior written consent, except as permitted by fair-use principles for commentary or criticism.

7. Advertising

The Service displays advertising. Advertising content is provided by third parties; we do not endorse and are not responsible for the products or services advertised. If you believe an advertisement violates our standards, please use the "Report this ad" link below the ad to flag it.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Editorial content is provided for informational purposes and is not professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). Devotional content reflects traditional sources and community practice and is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified religious teacher.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tekcaliber will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed one hundred Indian Rupees (₹100) or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tekcaliber, its officers, and its employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your violation of any third-party right.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. You may close your account at any time by emailing us at info@tekcaliber.com.

12. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also revise these Terms periodically; when we do, we update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
